The qualifications needed to become a teacher at the school level require a basic graduation degree in the subject one wants to teach or a diploma along with a teacher qualification course or exam as the case might be as the specific qualifications that one may need may be different in different countries. To become a teacher at the college level one needs to have completed one's post graduation studies along with passing the requisite qualification exams as the case may be, prescribed by the University to which the college may be affiliated
