He/she should be capable of liaison with Fright Forward agencies, Customs and Municipal
Authorities. He/she must competently handle timely clearance of Import consignment,
presentation and documents, records. The executive must look after the Import /
Export clearances and will be responsible for Import /export documentation, Coordination
with excise, freight forwarding and Letter of credit documentation. The aspirant
must hold a Diploma in Import /Export and have a deep knowledge of ERP System.
Documentation Executive
Documentation executive must be capable of corresponding with customs/port&
Preparation of Bond & related documents. The candidate should have prior experience
in the same field. He/she should possess good personality and must have knowledge
of Visual Impex, Preparation of B/E, Bond & related documents along with the
correspondence skill.
Business Development Manager
The prime responsibility of a business development manager is to tap new prospective
clients and generate business for ocean & air freight products as well as supply
chain management. He/she should be able to manage the business plan efficiently and should have relevant experience in international freight sales preferably in
an MNC. The candidate must possess strong track record for achieving allotted targets
with extensive knowledge of key customers prevalent in the market. The candidate
should be a team player and with years of experience in relevant expert field.
Import Sales Executive
Import sales executive must be with a pleasing personality & excellent communication
skills. He/she should be able to co - ordinate with sales team and regional head
for marketing support. The incumbent is responsible for all business generation
and market development, acquisition, market evaluation, order execution & to
develop customer loyalty. His/her prime responsibility is to further develop business
for the respective sector and achieve the targeted sales and collections. He/she
must be able to increasing the customer base, procuring new clients, servicing the
existing clients, strengthening customer information system, and strengthening internal
systems and processes.
Manager
An import manager must be able to supervise custom clearance of all shipments at
various ports; interact with shipping lines/airfreight agents; liaison for work
related to issuance & redemption of licenses; liaise with RBI for work related
to imports. An expert manager should be a PG in marketing with 10 to 12 years relevant
work experience. He/she should have handled independently large volume of imports
of a large reputed company manufacturing consumer durable items.
