The incumbent who aspires to be R & D executive must possess a Degree in relavent science stream or equivalent. He/she must be having working experience and be computer literate with good command in English. He/she should also be able to work independently with minimum supervision. The aspirant must also possess strong passion in R&D fields, be a strong believer in continual learning, be aggressive, independent, initiative and able to meet stringent deadlines.
