 Job Description
 Identify the training needs and design need based training workshops  Develop training methodology, training policy formulation aligning with business goals.  Planning the annual and monthly training calendar.  Imparting training on soft & behavioral skill  Imparting training on various organizational initiatives.  Develop & Implement methods for evolution of program effectiveness  Lead team for the preparation of training manuals.  Develop mentors to impart the training in-house  Coordination with external agencies to execute various activities  Responsible for conceptualizing, executing and managing various OD initiatives like - Employee Development Interventions, Retention of Key Employees, End to End Performance Management Process, Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning, Rewards & Recognition Program, Focus Group Discussions - Planning to Review Impact
