Self Confidence
To build up your self-confidence first befriend your mind that can be your major critic. Next, do not let any of your friend or family members bug you down. Tutor yourself to perceive the precision. And now pursue following 5 steps-

Step 1: Envisage your own self

First face yourself to conquer the world. Keep a positive expression and not that of sad or suspicion or angry. Take off your frustration by speaking all that you pent up. Since yu have decided to go for self-support, do not care for any criticism.

Step 2: Exercise your self-image

Look yourself in the mirror again and learn to like what you see. Banish all negativity and say loudly that you love yourself for what you are. First compliment your own self before expecting any compliments from others. Let your inner honest comments be loud enough than you negative inner dialogue that hold you back.

Step 3: Keep the harmony Alive

Do not let your negative thoughts soak up all the positivism in the world. Hum your favorite number whenever those negative voices lash out. Strengthen yourself to consider emotions versus words, because words fail to express what we feel. Stay away from critics and their critical remarks as it may rob you off your self-confidence.

Step 4: Keep Smiling and Laughing

Your negative dialogue with your own self can do the biggest harm to you. Our own subconscious will prevent improvement in us as is afraid of risks that come with change. Do not let this happen as it can in turn lead to disappointment and self-doubt. The best way to avoid this is to see a movie, flicking on the TV or go out for a stroll. Go for all those things and activity that will make you laugh because laughter is definitely the best medicine for an ailing mind and soul.

Step 5: Be Receptive and Accessible.

If you find too many negative voices within your head, an effectual way to connect in positive inner dialogue is to daydream and generate parallel positive voices.

Keep up your attention that to find that many people pay you compliments you didn't notice earlier. Grasp these compliments and replay them during the day in your mind. Let your parents, relatives and friends fill up your mind with loving support.
