This question needs a prior preparation in the form of a list mentally prepared of your greatest strengths. Just listing out your strengths would not be enough. Rather illustrate few of your strength with an example chosen from your latest achievements.

On being asked about your philosophy towards your job.

Long, frivolous and ornate essays should not be your answer here. Be honest and lucid in stating your viewpoint about your work. Upbeat and affirmative disposition will indicate benefit towards the organization. On being asked about the expected remuneration

A dicey question indeed! Do not quote the figure first to be at the losing end. Ask the interviewer about the range of pay decided for this position. Expect them to tell this, if not, say that it can depend on the details of the job and give a wide range.
